1. Full Legal Name: Portofino Isles Community Development District

2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Date of Establishment:

Established August 22, 2002, by Ordinance No. 02-80 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190 F.S. and Ordinance 05-70 relating to amending the boundaries on May 5, 2005, as set forth in Section 190.046(1)(c).

Parcel of land lying in Section 14, Township 37 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County Florida encompassing a total of 317.75 acres, including the original boundary (294.59 acres) as well as the additional 23.16 acres that comprises the Portofino Court Development.

Surface water management system, upland preserve, perimeter structures, off site landscape median and entry roadway.
